I think academics are important, but they shouldn’t be the only factor.

A good school should also encourage critical thinking, communication skills, sports, arts, and personality development. Safe classrooms, qualified teachers, and regular interaction between parents and teachers also contribute to a positive learning environment.

When children enjoy going to school and feel supported, they learn much better.

Over the past few years, I’ve noticed more residential townships, commercial spaces, and infrastructure projects coming up in cities like Ranchi, Jamshedpur, and Dhanbad. With improvements in roads, public amenities, and industrial development, real estate seems to be attracting increasing interest from both homebuyers and investors.

Do you think now is a good time to invest in real estate in Jharkhand? Which factors matter most when choosing a property?

I run a small garment manufacturing unit, and one of the biggest challenges is finding skilled workers consistently.

Government support schemes and skill development programs have helped, but I think easier access to digital marketing and e-commerce platforms would allow small businesses to reach customers beyond Jharkhand.

In my opinion, communication skills are just as important as technical knowledge.

Many candidates have similar qualifications, but the ability to explain ideas clearly and work in a team often makes a difference during interviews.

In Dhanbad, we have access to several hospitals, but during emergencies, waiting for specialist consultations can still take time.

Primary Health Centres (PHCs) and Community Health Centres (CHCs) should be strengthened so that people don’t have to travel to larger hospitals for every medical issue. This would also reduce the burden on district hospitals.
