I agree that employment should be the priority.
Bokaro already has good schools, colleges, and industrial infrastructure. If more startups, manufacturing units, and service companies invest here, students graduating from local institutions will have better career opportunities closer to home.
At the same time, improving public transport between Chas and Bokaro Steel City would make daily commuting easier for thousands of people.
I think renewable energy has huge potential, especially in rural areas where solar-powered irrigation systems, street lighting, schools, and healthcare centers can improve access to reliable electricity.
As investments in clean energy increase, they can also create new jobs in solar panel installation, maintenance, electrical services, and energy management. Along with reducing dependence on conventional energy sources, renewable energy can help build a cleaner and more resilient future for Jharkhand.
I’ve been thinking about starting freelancing alongside my regular job. I have skills in graphic design and basic web development, but I’m unsure how to find my first client.
For those who are already freelancing, how did you get started? Was it difficult to build a portfolio and earn your first project?
I recently completed my graduation and have been applying for private jobs through company career pages and job portals. While there are opportunities, many openings ask for prior experience.
For those who recently got hired, what worked for you? Did you apply online, attend walk-in interviews, or get referred by someone?
