I think renewable energy has huge potential, especially in rural areas where solar-powered irrigation systems, street lighting, schools, and healthcare centers can improve access to reliable electricity.

As investments in clean energy increase, they can also create new jobs in solar panel installation, maintenance, electrical services, and energy management. Along with reducing dependence on conventional energy sources, renewable energy can help build a cleaner and more resilient future for Jharkhand.

I recently completed my graduation and have been applying for private jobs through company career pages and job portals. While there are opportunities, many openings ask for prior experience.
