I’m preparing for JSSC CGL and Railway recruitment exams.

The biggest improvement in my preparation came after I started taking weekly mock tests and analyzing my mistakes instead of just checking my scores. I also dedicate an hour every day to current affairs and revise short notes regularly.

My advice to beginners is to focus on consistency rather than studying for long hours. Even 4–5 hours of focused study every day can produce better results than occasional marathon sessions.

MSMEs play a major role in generating employment and supporting local economies. With Jharkhand’s strengths in manufacturing, food processing, handicrafts, engineering, and mining-related businesses, I believe there’s huge potential for small businesses to grow.

What challenges do MSMEs in Jharkhand face today? Is it access to finance, skilled workers, or market reach?

One thing I’ve learned is to customize your resume for every job instead of sending the same one everywhere.

Reading the job description carefully and highlighting relevant skills can make a big difference.
