Many students spend a lot of time deciding which university to join after completing school or graduation. While a university’s reputation is important, I also think factors like quality of education, research opportunities, internships, industry collaborations, and campus life should be considered.

For those already studying at a university, what has your experience been like?

I’m currently pursuing my postgraduate degree, and I’ve realized that the university experience is about much more than academics.

Good faculty, practical learning, research opportunities, placement support, student clubs, and networking with peers all contribute to personal and professional growth. Before taking admission, students should also look at accreditation, curriculum updates, and alumni outcomes rather than relying only on rankings.

Choosing a university that matches your career goals can make a significant difference in the long run.
