I recently attended an interview for a software support role. The interviewer asked more about my final-year project and how I would solve real workplace problems than about theoretical concepts.

Although I wasn’t selected, I realized the interview was a great learning experience. Every interview teaches you something new.

What has been your most memorable interview experience?

My first interview was for an HR Executive position.

I was nervous at first, but the interviewer made me feel comfortable by starting with simple questions about my background. They were more interested in my communication skills and willingness to learn than in having perfect answers.

It taught me the importance of being honest and confident.
