I appreciate that JBVNL has started taking preventive measures this year.
Instead of waiting for complaints, emergency response teams are now stationed across the state. That’s definitely a positive step. But I think there should also be better communication whenever a scheduled shutdown or emergency repair is planned.
A simple SMS or app notification would help people plan their work better.
