The state is investing in new highways and widening several important roads, which is definitely a positive step for long-distance connectivity. But inside towns and residential areas, maintenance often doesn’t receive the same attention. The Road Construction Department has multiple ongoing road strengthening and widening projects across Jharkhand, so hopefully these benefits reach urban roads as well.
