In my area, the biggest concern is drainage maintenance before and during the monsoon. When drains aren’t cleaned regularly, even moderate rainfall can lead to waterlogging, making it difficult for people to commute.
I also think municipalities should provide regular updates on maintenance schedules so residents know when civic work is planned. Better communication between citizens and local authorities can help resolve issues more quickly.
