I’m a recent diploma graduate and have been considering applying for apprenticeship opportunities instead of waiting for a full-time job. Many companies seem to offer apprenticeships that provide practical training and industry exposure.
For those who have completed an apprenticeship, did it help you secure a permanent job later? I’d appreciate hearing about your experience.
I completed a one-year apprenticeship in the manufacturing sector.
The experience helped me understand workplace culture, improve my technical skills, and build confidence. Even though I wasn’t absorbed by the same company, the experience made it much easier to find my next job.
