For the past few days, the water supply in our locality has been irregular. Some mornings, the municipal supply arrives much later than usual, while on other days the pressure is so low that overhead tanks don’t fill completely.
I know the government is expanding drinking water infrastructure through the Jal Jeevan Mission and other state projects, but I hope maintenance of existing pipelines also receives equal attention.
Is anyone else facing similar problems?
Yes, we’ve noticed similar issues in our neighborhood.
Water supply is generally available, but pressure drops significantly during peak morning hours. Many families rely on storage tanks because they aren’t sure whether the next supply will be on time.
Regular updates from the local water department about maintenance work would really help residents plan better.
